Shipping Information
- We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
- We provide worldwide delivery using UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
With FedEx, UPS, and DHL, the courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times or take the package to a nearby collection point where you can pick it up. In the event of a missed delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package. If an order is not picked up and is returned to us, we will deduct €45 from the refund.
We operate multiple warehouses around the globe, including in:
- Sweden (Jönköping and Stockholm)
- Italy (Milan, Giuseppe, Beati, Genova, Florence, Modena)
- Australia (Sydney)
- Germany (Salzburg)
- USA (Florida and Minnesota)
Delivery times vary depending on your location. It takes 24-48 hours to dispatch the package. Typically, delivery takes 3 business days within the EU and 5-7 business days outside the EU.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package by entering this number on the courier's website.
We provide worldwide delivery using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. However, we cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing conflict.
We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance. However, any customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
